To park close, get there early. Streets will be cordoned off nearest the venue for security purposes and crowd control.
How close to the front do you want to be positioned? Are there options to sit or stand, and what is your preference?
My rule of thumb is to arrive 3 hours prior to the doors opening. People will already be in line... some having spent the night, (so as) to be at the front of the line.
Recon the venue and parking areas by vehicle to ascertain the situation, and then make your decision as to where you will park, and if you want to wait in your vehicle, in line, or at some eatery nearby.
Study your options before leaving the house by researching online. There are usually guidelines posted by the local media regarding the “do’s and dont’s” along with maps or diagrams of parking, street closures, protest areas, entrances and exits, etc.
Wear comfortable clothes- especially shoes, and bring water and snacks, that can be consumed before entry, as the security teams will likely prohibit most of these items unless a medical need exists.
Be sure your electronics are fully charged, if using such items, and save on the battery drain where possible.
Be prepared to meet like minded souls and be uplifted like never before, because a Trump rally is a very special gathering- a calling, dare I say!
WOOT! WOOT! The conductor is calling all passengers to get on board the Trump Train!
