Why do you think Trump is losing bigly?

Trump faces the herculean task of not only beating his well-funded Democratic opponent but doing so on a shoestring budget while the media and his own party is trying to kneecap him. Add to this the demographic changes over the past 50 years that have favored the lazy and shiftless over the hard-working and industrious. In other words, Democrats over Republicans.

We needed Trump in 2000, when there was still the opportunity to change course. Instead, we got "compassionate conservatives" who opened the floodgates, ensuring a Republican will never again occupy the White House.

I hope I'm wrong.

You are missing my point. 2 out of the top 3 polling firms in the last election and 3 out of the 4 in the last 3 elections have Trump tied or winning - and that’s with them re-weighting more than their actual sampled showed to +D. The raw IBD/TIPP has Trump winning by 7%. After they “re-weighted” to a more favorable D vs R turnout than 2012, he’s still up 2%. Don’t believe the MSM polls. Trump may be losing but its certainly not by 12%. Early voting for Democrats would be cratering in NC, IA and Ohio if she was going to win by 12%.

Not counting the Herculean task of overcoming the fact that he continually shoot himself in the foot

It’s “big league”, NOT bigly.
