It just seems like a wise move, given Trump made his Gettysburg Contract speech at Noon on a Saturday when doubtless his audience was limited to cable news and online streams.
I think a good time would be 8pm ET on Tuesday night, November 1st, one week before election day. He would then reach the more casual, lower information voters as they settle in to watch whatever is on prime time television these days.
