I agree, this is our rebellion, the chance for everyday Americans to take back the country from the political/corporate/media elite that have been in control for decades.
Clearly any reasonable person would vote for this opportunity to “drain the swamp”, to try and fix what they know is wrong...but are there enough reasonable people left in the country. I’m not convinced that there are enough people that can move beyond their old party affiliations, move beyond the negative messages about Trump they are being fed non-stop 24/7 by the media.
God I hope I’m wrong, but I have a terrible feeling that America is too ignorant, apathetic and myopic to recognize what is good for the country.
This really is the final test. Romney and everyone else was part of the game. People didn’t really perceive he or any of the GOP establishment would make much of a difference.
But here is a real chance for change, and a candidate on the other side that no-one likes, and no-one trusts. If there are not enough people to grab this opportunity to finally start to unravel the “rigged” system, there will never be.
The establishment on both sides, Dem/Pub have been flooding the country with legal/illegal immigrants and refugees for decades now in an attempt to change voter demographics.
Ya gotta ask one-seff, “Seff, if publicans know that massive illegal immigration would one day put them out of reach of power, why would they continue to allow open borders”?
Now we know. The republicans have laid their cards out on the table. Many republicans have come out in support of a democrat. Not only a democrat, the most corrupt democrat in our lifetime.
All of’em, McCain, Graham, Bush family, Romney...name it, are chameleons. We now know, it truly is a Uni-party against we the people.
If Trump wins...then we use this vehicle to attempt as much conservative/pro-American constitutional change. If he loses....then what?
This is indeed our last opportunity to stop the bleeding.
