If this is true of WI, we’re looking at a Trump blowout.
I think that is dummy data for testing their vote count system. There is no mention or link to that page from the rest of the site that I can find.
I’m guessing the numbers were plugged in by a Trump supporter at the site who was doing a little wish fulfillment :-)
