Dane is home to Madison. Milwaukee (the city) is in Milwaukee County. Both are leftist. Milwaukee is more populous.
Slightly OT:
RCP has a Michigan Poll out with Hillary +5. It has more women and is a D+10 poll. I know this is a blue state but is it +10? Thought someone might have some knowledge of this matter.
I highly doubt it. Early voting is barely open in Wisconsin and this site would have us believe that over 1.8 million votes have been cast. If this site had voting figures then the state election sites would have them too and the Wisconsin Election Commission isn't showing anything.

Honestly I think that Clinton has about as much of a chance of taking Texas as Trump has of taking Wisconsin.

That is pretty much the opinion of most here. No one is as surprised at this as Texans are.
Well if the polls say they are virtually tied in Texas, then I think that is where they have massive voter fraud measures already in place. Hope Texas is checking into the voter registrations down there.

First, these are our (gop’s) polls we are running. And let me promise you, every county runs its elections...there is no way for voter fraud to happen here. Every county is run by Republicans. I am working..and volunteering..with the Get Out the Vote movement here. Everything I have seen, and I have done this for years, is always above board.I have great belief and confidence in our precints and the leaders thereof. You can rest easy.

I was concerned the other day when we were discussing voter fraud here and someone said watch for alot of people arriving by bus..I said no, no. We do use buses to get people without transportation to the precincts...I worked the West side of San Antonio which is heavily hispanic. With a translator, we made arrangements about where to meet so we could supply transportation for them.
