Hillary was out there pushing the "Russian Hackers" meme on nation-wide broadcast TV like a carrot on a stick, and only the dumbest of the dumb in Congress (like Lee) are willing to follow that carrot. The less stupid representatives know that come November Hillary is going over the cliff in the biggest landslide defeat this nation has ever shown a candidate. They don't want ties to "such a nasty woman".
