Strange and somehow counter-intuitive.
Seems like it should be easier to get the stuff and at cheaper prices.
Have you checked the prices for legal marijuana? I did when I visited Oregon and Washington last summer...yikes!
Note my comment. OR has had medical mj for years, a number of docs give cards to anyone, and the state pays people to grow medical mj and of course they always grow more than they are supposed to, to sell on the black market. Our entire valley has changed in less than a year. At least 1000 grows around here, almost all non-permitted. Car crashes and thefts way up, murders up, and...meth use and heroin continue to be rampant. In CO they also found “harder” drug use way up despite legalizing mj.
