Courvoisiea Allen, 22, was arrested on multiple felony charges including rape, criminal attempt to commit capital murder and first-degree battery.
The woman told police that Allen held a pocketknife to her throat, forced her to perform oral sex and told her the attack was "payback for all the things that your people had done to my people for centuries," the affidavit states. The woman reportedly said Allen chased her over a razor-wire fence into the power station, where he pointed a gun at her and threatened to shoot her if she didn't climb down.
The woman said that after the electric shock knocked her off the structure, she drifted in and out of consciousness, but remembered Allen standing over her and cutting her throat as she lay on the ground, police detective Paige Cline wrote in the court filing.

a girl was shot in the middle of the day at a Sonic in Arkansas a couple of months ago...they were black guys, people saw the car and got a good description...cops were eating lunch across the street....yet, no arrests...none....
and then the poor cancer victim waiting at the bus stop to go to a chemo/radiation treatment....beaten to death with a witness right there....but not one description of this guy even with the witness there...of course no arrests...

Only Belarus ( if you wanto consider that West Euro.) Two countries don’t even have “life imprisonment” sentences....Norway and Portugal.
Good people should start taking care of this kind of thing themselves. The government we are supposed to be able to rely on isn’t cutting it.
We have determined who we trust to enforce the law and execute swift justice. That hasn’t worked out very well.

This is a sugarcoated article. That guy really abused that woman. When she tried to flee, he shot at her. She climbed razor wire fence and cut her self to pieces, ran behind transforms and climbed one of them.
She was burned over 50% of her body and is still in bad shape. Young, pretty, naive, white girl. Happened 500 yards from my house. Sad.

Villagers and townsfolk used to burn down entire communities for acts like this. That kind of violent, direct action kept the peace for decades afterwards. One day, that type of retribution may surface again.

I have never heard of the pepper spray model. Is that made by Smith & Wesson, or Sig Sauer? Then it could be called the pepper spay.
