You see, Hillary’s hackers have pre-loaded votes into the machines in 300+ selected counties that can tip the swing states into her column. Now if the polls are too closely monitored and they don’t have enough warm bodies to turn out to vote, it wil be very suspicious. So they have a cover story ready, that Putin, Trump’s closest buddy, has hacked the machines making those honest Democrats look bad. Many of the clueless would swear that was the truth.
The “hackers’ false fraud” would work like this. Actual fraud (like your example) is committed by the DEMs to (s)elect Clinton. When the actual fraud becomes known, the official response is - there is no fraud, only that (Russian) hackers (who want to destabilize and weaken the US) made it look like fraud. Therefore all the votes that supposedly are fraudulent are really valid, and Clinton won.
