Until an actual video surfaces, this is just pure teenage internet spoofing.

If in fact a video does surface and the person who releases it is ever found, they'll be prosecuted for possession and distribution of child pornography.

Anyone viewing it will likely be (subject) to be charged with viewing child pornography.

Bill Clinton on the other hand will be found completely innocent because he didn't intend to have sex with a 13 year old girl.

If it exists, they would have to post it somewhere other than YouTube. In fact, somewhere outside US jurisdiction.

Understood, but it puts this into the nonsense territory of: "I'd tell you, but then I'd have to kill you."

Again, with no proof, as far as I am concerned, this is a fraud.
