This headline seems odd. This isn’t some case of consensual adult incest. This is rape. Even Whoopi Goldberg would agree this is rape rape. If I remember correctly, Whoopie's "rape-rape" comment was made in reference to then 43 year-old Roman Polanski drugging and then forcibly raping a 13 y/o girl. Age 12 isn't very far from that to a liberal, not if she likes his politics.

I doubt it. If Polanski’s rape of a drugged teenager wasn’t Whoopi’s rape-rape, then this statutory rape isn’t either. I haven’t seen where the rape at hand was violent, though, which could change the picture for Whoopi.
