It’s the job of the secretary of state and governor of each state to certify the election in their state. Most of the governors are Republicans. If they are doing their job and suspect fraud they need to step up to the plate and not certify until it is investigated. Gore’s futile lawsuit cost a small fortune and it still all boiled down to Jeb Bush having already certified the election. Mark Levin knew that right away and made one simple phone call (as I recall) to find out if the election had been certified. Everything else down there with the hanging chads was just theatrics.
