Snopes.com:
Claim: Hillary Clinton revealed a classified response window of “four minutes” for a U.S. president to launch nuclear weapons.
FALSE
During a presidential debate Hillary Clinton mentioned a four-minute response window for launching missiles during a nuclear attack, but that information wasn’t secret.

The Snopes people are documented to be hardcore leftists and have been known to twist their so called fact checking to fit that agenda.
Get out of here with that Clinton water-carrier `rat Snopes.
Second, the sources used to defend Hillary are from magazines and movies. This is hardly credible information. Readers and viewers still do no know factually and still speculate the accuracy as the source is not a gov’t official.
Hillary knew this information factually. This was not information she should have broad casted to the entire planet just because some Cold War magazine said 8 minutes and a recent movie stated another time. Those people are not bound by top secret information. She is.
Snopes uses an article from NIT of a hypothetical that took eight minutes. They didn’t know in other words. Snopes claiming it “false” from their own article they posted is wrong.
