Reading down the thread I SEE they were from CA. they are voter guides BUT they also have the persons polling place on the back of the cover so it does tell the person where to go vote!!! There are SO MANY propositions in CA. the DAMNED voter guide is the size of a small phone book, this was done by a mail person BET ON IT!!!!
