Is Trump somehow beyond criticism? Must our adherence be unquestioning?
Is cheerleading for him on Free Republic the equivalent of “support”, while voting for him is not?
Nice strawman. Nobody said that. If you read this thread you would know what I meant about voter vs. supporter. Real supporters do not nitpick everything their candidate does and put it in the most negative light possible.
And her base of dead beats, sit butts at home, illegals, homos with an agenda, communists, socialists, liberals, leftists, want something for nothings, is larger than the republican base. The republican base will never be that big. Not with the new muzzie-illegals base pouring into the nation. Trump has to pull dims that hate hillary, independents, hope the Christians come out and vote like they didn’t for the Mormon. I have had this argument with people at church. You cannot get across to some people that we are not electing a pope, or for a new pastor. I tell them to vote for the one that will do the least damage to the Republic. Talk the Supreme Court nominees that this president will put into the seats and WHAT those liberals will do to the nation for the next 30 years or so. She will put in maybe 3 or 4 in the next 8 years, maybe more concerning all their ages and health issues. THAT issue alone will change the face of this nation. Every kind of right you can mention will change. Especially guns. Guns will become enemy #1 will hil-lu-rie. Her first get rid of conservative move.
LOL!
To attack Megan Kelly personally as the messenger diverted us from dealing with the underlying issue and we who support Trump in this election have paid a terrible price as a result.
Nonsense. The “unpleasant” reality is that your precious Saint Ted of Goldman used a violent attack on his fellow Republicans to attack Trump. We now know it was in fact violent DEMOCRAT party affiliated operatives who assaulted us. You nitpicki Trump on things like MEgyn while giving a pass to the duplicitous conduct of Saint Ted on political violence. Have you no shame?
The pompous attitude you display is exactly what is in Ted Cruz and why he lost. I can see why you adore him but unfortunately for you nobody likes it.
It should not have taken a genius to figure that that was the way the election was going to go if Hillary had her way and Donald and this forum gave her her way every day to our sorrow. From the date of that first debate until this very day, the campaign has been turning on Trump, his fitness for office, his attitude toward women.
Maligning Megan Kelly does not fix that any place but in your soul.
What rubbish! First, the issue of misogyny is not to "nitpicki" Trump but it is to go to the heart of what is turning this election.
Second, neither you, I, Donald Trump nor Ted Cruz knew who was assaulting whom at Trump rallies at that time and it's only been revealed by wiki leaks within days. But that is of no matter because Ted Cruz did not engage in any "duplicitous conduct," he, like Megan Kelly, merely quoted Donald's words which are so damning that if repeated here would probably earn a zot to the messenger in this atmosphere. Ted Cruz quite properly criticized Trump for his language.
Nor has Hillary been bashful in using Trump's words in television commercials against him where we see over and over Trump saying he would like to "punch him in the face."
The pompous attitude you display is exactly what is in Ted Cruz and why he lost. I can see why you adore him but unfortunately for you nobody likes it.
Even more rubbish! It is not a pompous act to call somebody to account for his own words.
Third, you are the one who is somehow compelled to bring up Ted Cruz at every turn and slander him, I had not brought him up but I think I have the right to tell the truth to the record.

All lies initiatially orchestrated by Hillary Clinton plant Megyn Kelly, who’s more suited to be pole dancing than reporting the news. She’s a failed lawyer without one bit of journalism background hired by Roger Ailes for whatever reason, but certainly not experience in the field of journalism, which she has NONE.
we have not heard any more false accusations from you about polling results lately.
There you go again. It was you who claimed the polls were correct that Trump would never get close to winning, that he'd get blown out, I was the one who reminded you that the polls as little as two weeks out were a blow out for Carter, which you falsely claimed was not true. Just like a true Cruzer to the end.
Go back to your Deutschland hangout and enjoy your marauding hordes, while we try to keep western civ free.
What a pathetic shell you've become.
Luntz’s head is going to be in this years Macy Day Parade.
If you are going to behave petulantly you should be treated as a child.
Or maybe you do remember and you're trying to shield yourself from the ridicule you so roundly deserve.
I have been asking for months for you to prove your slanders but never a shred of evidence. Remember, you have to prove what you have alleged about me not one of the new versions that pops up every time you have a lying fit.
What rubbish! First, the issue of misogyny is not to “nitpicki” Trump but it is to go to the heart of what is turning this election.
Go ahead and worry about my typos while Hillary’s democrat brownshirt squads are bashing our heads in. Your “can’t see the forest through the trees” sore loser attitude is exactly why the GOP is the Democrats doormat. You just can’t give up the primaries. 3 weeks from a potential Hillary & her SCOTUS. Sad.
It was a conversation we had about polling back in the Spring, polls that you claimed showed us how Trump couldn't ever get close to winning, but Cruz could.
You were wrong, dead wrong with all of your points, and I was right. End of story.
When you find it and realize what a fool you made of yourself, please ping me.
Or do you need proof of that too?
No you did not. You are lying again. Put up or shut up.
I think he needed to have the post-debate conversation be a positive one for him. For example, I thought he should have pressed yesterday’s outstanding “term limits” announcement at every turn. Every topic that came up could be circled back to “Career politicians caused this whole mess. My proposal would begin to drain that swamp”
This isn’t the headline he needed. I don’t think it’s a death knell but it’s just not what he really needed.

10 for Trump 5 for Hillary 6 still undecided
Win 2/1 yet “it was close”.
Only in American “Journalism” can you find this level of habitual intellectual incompetence.
