Anything from a video of a fellow completing an absentee ballot and putting it in the mail to a camera brought into the voting booth to an eyewitness who is signed in to help out the impaired in a voting booth (I've done it, I hated having to pull the lever for Weicker!) should do the trick for contractual purposes.

I had to vote for Weicker once. The two Dems I ever voted for (Ella Grasso for Governor and a state representative named Tom Monihan) were more conservative from that jerk...
