In the deposition, Clinton stated that she “does not recall having communications with Bryan Pagliano concerning or relating to the management, preservation, deletion, or destruction of any e-mails in her clintonemail.com email account.”

Though the sworn statement leaves Clinton wiggle-room to argue that she does not recall communicating with Pagliano specifically about her emails rather than the BlackBerry she used for emailing, Judicial Watch maintains that she misled the public.

“These new emails leave little doubt that Hillary Clinton was less than forthright and misled the public when she wrote, under oath, that she ‘couldn’t recall’ communicating with Bryan Pagliano about her email scheme,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said in a statement.

“No wonder Clinton and her agents deleted these emails time and time again. And these smoking gun emails would never have seen the light of day but for Judicial Watch’s federal lawsuits.”

After Pagliano left Hillary's employ, he resurfaced as a State Dept govt contractor. Hillary may also have paid off these people from State Dept contractor funds (6 billion is reported missing---could be more).

The Clintonites "can't remember" but a better way is to secure easily-available info from govt agencies......the GAO, and other agencies that fund these organizations. Above all, these people want to get paid....so their vouchers are prolly filled-out in great detail.

EXCERPT--Newly released FBI documents detailing theinvest igation of Hillary’s State dept emails reveal the aide who would likely follow her into the White House as chief counsel was central to a cover-up of evidence sought by investigators.

Yet despite signs, Clinton’s former chief of staff Cheryl Mills obstructed efforts by investigators to obtain Clinton’s emails, the FBI invited Mills to attend Hillary’s interview at FBI headquarters as one of her lawyers.

“It’s absolutely outrageous,” J/W President Tom Fitton said. “The FBI saw massive document destruction and clear intent to withhold material evidence,” he added, “and they just ignored that obstruction, and even let her sit in on the interview.”

The smoking gun is on page 16 of the FBI’s 47-page report. It details how Mills ultimately made the determinations about which emails should be preserved before she and Clinton decided to delete the rest as “personal.” Clinton conducted both government and personal business using a personal email account — clintonemail.com — tied to an unsecured server set up in the basement of her New York home.

The FBI makes clear the procedure Mills used to sort out the emails was suspicious. Mills was the one who ordered the server host to move the emails from the server to a laptop where she could screen them. She told investigators she could “not recall” if emails with non- gov addresses were included in the transfer.

She doesn’t recall, she doesn’t recollect. She’s not sure. She just doesn’t know. Hillary Clinton’s counsel, chief of staff (and US govt employee), doesn’t know a lot of things. She can’t remember testimony she gave. She isn’t sure if she spoke to anyone – she doesn’t remember Hillary’s email address, she doesn’t even know who might know anything. During seven hours of testimony before Judicial Watch, Cheryl Mills said “I don’t know” or some variation of ignorance at least 189 times. (Hillary didn't know 50 temes and blamed a blood clot on her brain for her forgetfulness).

Mills is clearly adept at finding ways to proclaim her ignorance. She was Bill Clinton’s counsel during the impeachment proceedings in the 1990s and has been a close advisor for both Bill and Hillary Clinton for decades.

Hillary's lawyer, Davd Kendall had a thumb drive in his office safe with Hillary’s emails? I am not sure how they retroactively gave him a Security Clearance. I gather from these posts that the Thumb Drive had SAP information on same. Is Kendal allowed to posses SAP information with only a Top Secret Clearance? Does he need this approval on a case by case basis? Is Hillary guilty of providing this SAP info to him?

Politico reported 07/30/15 that Kendall, Hillary Clinton’s private lawyer, has a thumb drive containing classified information from as many as five U.S. intelligence agencies — but the State Department told POLITICO the law firm is taking “appropriate measures” to secure the files.

The agency declined to detail steps made to protect the sensitive information in attorney David Kendall’s possession, but the issue is raising concern among Republicans on Capitol Hill who’ve criticized Clinton’s handling of the email controversy. The thumb drive has copies of emails Clinton kept on a private server while she served as secretary of state, a trove now known to contain classified documents.

The agency told POLITICO that Clinton “does have counsel with clearance.” Kendall, a prominent Williams & Connolly attorney who defended former CIA director David Petraeus against charges of mishandling classified information, declined to comment.

Clinton’s campaign echoed the State Department. “The thumb drive is secure,” said Nick Merrill, a Hillary spokesman, referring questions to state.

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) has asked the FBI to confirm that the thumb drive has been secured. “This raises very serious questions and concerns if a private citizen is somehow retaining classified information,” Grassley’s letter said....sent late last week....and asked for more information on Kendall’s clearance and whether the lawyer was authorized to “be the custodian of classified national security information.”

The FBI has not yet responded.
