His caller asked what would happen if the polls were true and Hillary got in excess of 400 electoral votes in a landslide. Mr. Limbaugh sermonized that this would not be a defeat for conservatism because conservatism was not on the ballot this year. In no way did he say that she would win. He was reacting to the question.
I was listening, and that’s not how I remember it.

You didn’t notice Rush’s caller reading the question? You didn’t notice Rush not pushing back at all about the nonsensical proposition that Hillary is going to win 400 electoral votes? You didn’t notice Rush’s swipe at Trump by suggesting “conservatism is not on the ballot”???? Trump’s list of judges is not conservative? What a load. Way to fire up the troops and GOTV, Rush.

He could have said I reject your premise, but he went on an on about don’t blame conservatism for a Hillary win.
Yes, that is what he said. What he FAILED to do was explain and or explore just why and how conservatism didn’t make it to the ballot.
He missed wrapping it in a bow, crap, even I could have done it.
It was lame, very very lame.
