Pretty much. I won’t pay it. I will drive what I got into the ground and buy used. I will not pay more money for a car than what I paid for my first house, that just ain’t right.

The car companies are pricing themselves into oblivion and when the cheap or no interest rates run dry kaboom!

I bought a 2013 F150 4x4 in 2014. I got a good price because it was left over inventory. It's got maybe 12,000 miles on it.

But as a daily driver it sucks. Especially parking it in today's parking lots. Parking spaces are designed for mopeds and smart cars, and my truck is a supercab and wider than the truck I traded on it.

I doubt I'll buy another truck, but who knows? This one is barely broken in and I've had it for nearly 3 years.

You can’t buy a driveable used car for what I paid for my first house.
