That’s a very unusual way to empty tour bus waste tanks, instead of pumping them out. There is no inside auto-dump switch, so someone would have to access the side panel and open the valves to 3 side-draining, holding tanks, and as the liquids/solids flowed out, it would splash everywhere. Whoever did it, would be trashed without using hoses. The bus would smell too, from the stuff getting all over the underside. The CBS film on Drudge shows no storm drain in either direction, so it’d all be pooling in the gutter. Rush could have gotten a tour bus tech on and done 5-7mins, but why?
