That can’t be a serious document. Did you see the non-recommended options? There’s one that they basically are saying they could detonate a dirty bomb, and one saying they could call in the UN, and another one saying they have handlers with mutated strains of Zika in place to release.
If that document is real it’s a tin-foil hatters wet dream.
Maybe it’s some kind of marketing Ploy, do you think..?
