There’s a difference between typos and bad grammar or spelling that needs to be observed, IMO.
Typos just happen. My own motto as a writer is “the last edit you do is one edit too few.” I’ve also had lots of problems with this touch screen and the autocorrect making typos for me (producing “so etching” when I was hunt’n’pecking “something” is among autocorrect’s most persistent issues), something not unique to me at all.

Probably was one where Assange attended via Skype.
That’s not to say there are not servers elsewhere as well...would be silly to have all the eggs in one basket.
Heck, you could have a few Raspberry Pi model 3’s with large flash thumbdrives at various locations ready to act and send out files. This is not that complicated... the hard part is getting the documents into searchable form and vetting them all.
