Like the guy said, no one is allowed to have a cell phone when in her presence. And it's not the first time reports of this kind have surfaced. It's a pattern of her behavior, so it's totally believable.
Too bad one of the NBC folks didn’t use their cellphone to capture. I don’t doubt for a second that KILLary doesn’t allow her staff to carry cellphones.
