I looked up KDramas and they sound interesting but I fail at subtitles. Do they have voice-over in English?

I’ve never seen them with subtitles, and frankly, you’d miss out on a lot with the voice-overs, there are certain things that Koreans do when they speak that really spice things up, and they’d get lost in the translation.
