I understand your reasoning....but I also understand the vast number of Millenniums don't want to do the work....and want it simply given to them......they are spoiled and inconsiderate, ungrateful snobs ... believing the world "owes" them a living..... It doesn't.... The days of staying with a company for years went out the window long ago.....but in some ways now, companies are learning once again loyalty matters in the long run......but it's not for every level of the workforce.
