Russians are being informed where to find bomb shelters. Putin just moved some nuclear missiles.
The boyking and his family are probably walking out to Air Force #2 for his short ride to the Command Ship that will be high up in the sky when the bombs start to fly.
If I were Putin I would have just one missile trained on that airplane and solve so many problems with one strike.
