Omigosh! That’s terrible. I’ve read stories like that before and that’s why so many Canadians come to the US for care. I’ve read that it’s as bad or even worse in the UK. I hope you get the care (and good care) that you need soon!

Took me 5 years on a waiting list just to get a family doctor, in the capital city of my province! This doctor is considered very mediocre but it’s either him or hours waiting in the emergency room if I need a prescription. Wait times are literally killing people and the government doesn’t care - they will sacrifice anyone to preserve the socialist medical system that is more draconian than any western country.
