All is not lost. There’s always room for more ‘tards over at the Hillary campaign.
And here we have the reason for the Hillary endorsement. Beck’s little empire is circling the drain, with no hope of saving it. That’s why Beck literally ran over people to get on the jet for the pilgrimage to Silicon Valley, then spot-welded his lips to Zuckerberg’s backside. He thought that little bit of bowing and scraping might persuade Zuckerberg (or another liberal tech titan) to invest in the Blaze and help him keep it going.
Obviously, Zuckerberg had no interest in propping up a failing media property. So, when Glenn returned from California with an empty wallet, he began hatching another scheme to get a cash infusion. Voila, he endorses Hillary, thinking that will get him in the good graces of her rich donors.
If Beck thinks a member of Hillary’s donor class will bail him out, he is delusional. The campaign hasn’t even acknowledged his “endorsement,” as far as I can tell. They have no use for Beck and his media company.
And, if you think it’s bad now, watch Beck after the election. He will morph into the Ed Schultz of 2016, willing to adopt any lib position to impress his new “friends.”
Of course, there is a certain irony in all of this. While Beck’s employees at the Blaze face unemployment, Glenn will be just fine. His radio talk show is syndicated through Premier Networks, which pays him a seven-figure salary each year. So, Glenn, Pat, Stew, Jeffie and the rest of the on-air crew will still have a job, even after the Blaze goes belly up.
Maybe George Soros is paying off his debts for his Hillary support
