I believe a RAT +5 is recognized as more accurate number. Take 4 away from Felonary Clinton and give them to Trump and it basically tied.

Except, Hillary is only 2 points ahead in a Johnson/Stein added poll ( reality) Which doing the Dems +5, would make Trump 3 points ahead.

this year self-identified Democrats have outnumbered self-identified Republicans by an average of three percentage points in Fox News polls...this is from the internals (what few of them I can find) of this poll - even assuming "self-identified" is close to what the actual number of voting Dems will be (and I think it will be more like -3), this would mean they over-sampled by their own standards by 6%, which means the real margin may be down to plus 1 for Hillary - there are so many ways to lie with numbers.......
