MSN Web TV was designed for use on home television sets. There's NO WAY a high level professional political operative would use such a toy system for emails. These "webtv" headers MUST have been substituted (mass copy/paste?) to hide the real carrier.

I wondered about that since I was a webtv used back in the late 90s...Maybe he carried his email addy over? I thought when I read the actual email in full that it came from an ipad.

Question. Does @WebTV domain name still work with other Microsoft products like Outlook? Hotmail doesn't exists but all accounts migrated to Outlook but they kept the @Hotmail domain name.
