Yes, he did it. I saw the same footage. And he had previously done exactly the same thing regarding a different person who wasn't handicapped. That's a fact. I've seen that footage.
So if Trump has used precisely the same gestures in both cases, how can you claim that he's making fun of a handicapped person by doing that? That's simply not logical.
