Which certainly seems the plan. Then theres ‘solid’ proof certain elements in society want to bring down govt. That would be those the left has been pointing fingers at since forever. It then becomes easy to arm the govt and its agents to kill those anti-govt forces. Just remember when dems talk gun control theyre talking about who controls and has them. Theirs isnt a gun free society, rather its one in which only certain groups are armed and the remainder are not.

#2 Your Social Security will be withheld.
#3 Your bank account will be seized.
#4 Your Crony-Capitalist employer will happily fire you.
#5 Your government-run “healthcare” will be stopped.
#6 You will face enormous fines if found with firearms.
#7 Firearms and ammo will be taxed at extraordinarily high rates.
This is how the tyrannical Feds will accomplish their goal of confiscating firearms from law-abiding citizens.
Criminals and the black market will continue to traffic in guns at their own risk.
However, the militarized Federally-controlled police forces will operate with this simple philosophy:
