it must be hosted some place- (Not on your local hard drive)

In other words you have to be able to see it from a web browser and it will have a web address

for instance this image of Obama :

the address of that image is here:

http://au-med.ru/image/cache/500-500/data/shpris/%D0%BA%D0%BB%D0%B8%D0%B7%D0%BC%D0%B0.JPG

And you put that inside the 'source' double quotes in this string:

img src=""

The whole thing enclosed in angle brackets on both sides
