Napolitano just brought up McCain and the lobbyist supposedly having an “affair” and the suit wasn’t settled until after the election. I had forgotten about that.

He said that it would be a high bar, but Trump’s attorney is very good and that if they could prove certain things - malice was one of them - he may have a case, which of course wouldn’t be settled until after the election.
