Ali Vitali-
While you were sleeping (and @ajjaffe and I should've been) sources told us the Trump camp is giving up on VA:
The decision came from Trump's headquarters in New York and was announced on a conference call late Wednesday that left some Republican Party operatives in the state blindsided. Two staffers directly involved in the GOP's efforts in Virginia confirmed the decision.
The move to pull out of Virginia shows Trump is "running essentially a four state campaign," with the focus now shifting to battlegrounds critical to his chances in November: Pennsylvania, Florida, North Carolina, and Ohio, a source with knowledge of the decision told NBC News.

Same source that said Crooked was abandoning Ohio? ROTFL. Trump abandoning campaign support in VA might be true, but I doubt it dampens the spirit of Trump supporters in VA. Might even energize them more, and they might find out they can organize themselves.

But I read in another thread on FR, that people are getting emails from the Trump campaign about working in Virginia. And IIRC the campaign offices are still open.
So it sounds like someone ‘sources’ started a rumor...
