HOUSTON - A 911 operator is accused of hanging up on people calling for help.
Investigators say that Crenshanda Williams had thousands of "short calls", lasting less than 20 seconds.
In one call, a security guard reported drivers drag racing. Moments later, investigators say that Williams hung up. The recording captures her saying "aint' nobody got time for this. For real."
Williams reportedly told investigators she often hangs up on callers because she didn't feel like talking with anyone at the time.

Exactly. In the San Francisco Emergency Communications Department, supervisors at a higher level monitor groups of call-takers and dispatchers. They can jump in at any time if warranted while monitoring the call-takers. Seems that Houston supervisors are not doing their jobs.

YES, I always do, and it's about time that EVERYBODY did....this nonsense can only go on for so long and it has FAR outlived its possible existence. Peoples lives are at stake as with police officers, and these nitwits are pretending that they are equally able to handle the jobs . This has been going on since I was a kid and I'm 77 years old and this is getting tiresome.

Police said that Williams was the 911 operator, and that she terminated the call within a few seconds.
Li called a second time and got a different operator. By the time police arrived, however, the store manager had been shot and killed.

You never want to believe the worst. But sometimes you see a name and the mind starts filling in blanks based on past experience.
Then you read more and It’s confirmed.
Higher-ups knews she was a piece of work. Those that knew of/suspected her bad if not criminal behavior, should also face charges.
Possibly they were and all other recourses were used up at last.
DOJ and every 3 letter organization in DC and their state/county/city corrupt versions.
