Creating a very broad, disciplined cadre of editors who will go around obliterating non-leftist voices.

In China, it’s called “The 50 Cent Army” —a group that shutting up people who criticize China or Chinese leaders.

Some say Putin has such a cadre, too, though I don’t know the name.

The USA appears to be creating a similar organization.
