The thing is, Trump and Hillary will both bring up "fitness" in the context of immigration and foreign affairs. Wallace is such a lamebrain that he would interrupt, and say "we're going to cover 'fitness' later on." Totally disrupts the flow of debate.

Hillary wants fitness to be a debate topic. That is her primary theme. That Trump is flat not qualified for various reasons, primarily that he is divisive, sexist, racially and religiously bigoted, and an intemperate hothead.
