If Trump was aware of the existence of the current tape he should have mentioned it back in the primaries as part of a "haven't all us of at one time or another done something we're not proud of" statement. If he is aware of others, maybe that was intended to be a disclosure, or maybe it's a CYA in case more he doesn't know about come to light.
Access Hollywood says it has interviewed Trump “hundreds” of times. I imagine regular viewers over the years could verify that. No doubt almost all are in their archives raw, including unaired portions. If this is the worst of them, it ain’t that big a deal.
