Hey...Hungarians cook goulash for THREE days, before they'll eat it.

Hungarian beef soup and veg MUST be cooked for TWO days.

Since it'/s chicken, chicken parika only takes one day of slow cooking.

It's my heritage and I'm sticking with that story. hehehehehe
