As the filth started pouring out of the Clinton Foundation, the Clintons decided to put Chelsea in charge.
Her parents pumped her to take charge as Dr Chelsea Clinton (her Oxford degree).
But the opposition was intense....donors and others opposed Chelsea and vehemently opposed her going by Dr Chelsea.
Apparently Chelsea is not very popular among Foundation insiders.
