Yes it is. And thousand were outside. And couldn't get in. Fire marshal's orders.

Later tonight, Trump has an even bigger rally in Wilkes-Barre - which is just south of Scranton, PA. Thousands in line already. Thousands won't get in. They have fire marshals there too.
