“Shows just how effective and on his game DJT was tonight.”

Yup. As good as Reagan. Maybe better.

I seem to recall that Obama threatened war crime charges against W. and Dick.
No, he was not running against W but, he did threaten a sitting president.

What the concern trolls are missing is that Trump was simply responding to what Hillary said.

She said, “It’s just awfully good that someone with the temperament of Donald Trump is not in charge of the law in our country.”

So he correctly stated the real reason why she was worried about it: “Because you’d be in jail!”

He didn’t threaten to put her in jail. He simply completed her statement.

He didn’t say that. He said she deserves to be in jail, and if he wins he will see that a Special Prosecutor is appointed to investigate her.

This is an important point right here. We are supposed to be a nation bound by the rule of law. We are not a nation that is based on “too big to fail and too big to jail.”

It is obvious to any objective person that there is probable cause that laws were violated both before the story of her email server containing classified information broke. On top of that - she torched the Federal Record Keeping Act requirements and that has not been discussed much, but it is very real. Government employees are forbidden from destroying documents like she did. Nobody every discussed that and there is even a misdemeanor version of the charge - why was that not on the table? Because it is the only misdemeanor that I am aware of in Federal law that prevents a person convicted of it from holding a security clearance.

In the end, Comey’s decisions were clearly based on politics and I suspect if the truth were known that Obama himself along with his inner circle and many in the cabinet also violated the law by sending classified emails to a non-secure prohibited server.

Former Attorney General Eric Holder, who served under President Barack Obama, wrote on Twitter: “In the USA we do not threaten to jail political opponents.

No, that's what the IRS is for.

They miss the point.

In western countries, there is no power willing to confront globalist elites placed high up in our governments, media and other places of influence.

They can commit whatever crimes they want, like Soviet politburo members, and there is no chance of legal consequences.

Trump may not have consciously decided to declare war on the globalist elites, but they already know the logical implications — if Hillary can be prosecuted, then other equal (or worse) crimes can also be prosecuted.

The will was always absent. There was nobody with the cojones to phone the relevant authorities and start the wheels of justice.

Yet that has never stopped globalist elites. Try taking action against any of them, and you’ll find that they have no hesitation to use our laws against us. They are above the law but descend into it when they need to do so.

Of course it is unprecedented, along with a party never having as corrupt a candidate as Hillary Clinton.

This is going to backfire on her horribly. Just explain what she did and how many, many others are in jail for the same crime.

Eric Holder should be jailed too, along with Bill Ayers.

It's possible Holder fears that so he spoke out, Alinsky style. It was laughable for him to claim abuse of power.

That was Holder and 0bama, Fast & Furious, among so many other abuses of power while he served as Attorney General. So it is clear, he understands what abuse of power is, the projecting idiot.

Maybe they prefer dueling to appointment of a special prosecutor.

CNN is close to having a stroke over this. That tells me he really hit a nerve, and really exposed exactly why Clinton is running, to keep her worthless a$$ out of prison, and position herself to syphon more money into the Clinton Foundation.

Absolutely, the media shall write the narrative as they’ve done throughout this election, that will reflect positively on the Democrats and negative on Trump.

It is so funny, so many people have called on the House and the Senate as well as other politicians to cast aside political differences and unify on an issue. They have, they’ve gone anti-Trump. So not even president, and he’s unified those people.

Since she wasn’t convicted of anything, what would there be to pardon?

And that would be aside from the question (raised during George W. Bush’s first year in office) of a new president’s possible authority to revoke pardons of a preceding president, citing Ulysses Grant’s revocation of two pardons granted by Andrew Johnson.

Also Hillary Clinton destroyed, or ordered destroyed, emails after being served a subpoena to provide them to the Congressional hearing. Claiming they were private emails. Well sorry, but to destroy any, private or not, is in violation of the subpoena.

Clinton will be pardoned by Obama should Trump win, regardless of whether Trump saying he will prosecute her or not.

I’d be willing to bet a months pay Obama has already assured Hillary she will be pardoned sometime before Trump gets sworn in as POTUS on January 20, 2017 should he win. Pardon will probably be issued late in the evening January 19, 2017 and not announced to the media till the morning of January 20, just when Obama leaves the White House for the final time as POTUS, riding to the Capitol with Trump for his swearing in and is unavailable for comment on Hillary’s pardon.
