Trump has to respond to the "no evidence" excuse by saying that for 20 years the Clintons have said "no evidence," but we all know... Target was hacked, Yahoo was hacked, and we know that personal data was stolen, yet we're supposed to believe that with Clinton there was no evidence of data being taken.
