Do you mean to ask Mr. Trump to ask forgiveness in public so that ‘we can move on’? Do you think the anti-Trump; anti-American satanic left is going to let it go? In today’s political environment an apology is tacit approval for the left to control you forevermore. Asking the left for forgiveness is political suicide.

Never apologize.

An apology is an admission of doing wrong, and once the Left has that from you, they will hound you forever. How many people said something politically incorrect, apologized for it, and lost their job/position anyway?
