That hot mic recording would have had more effect the day before election day. Now I suspect it will be old news by then, probably replaced with something dirtier.

I think the hot mic recording if just honestly reported might have hurt some, but the complete over the top spin that this boorish comments make Trump a sexual predator is just so reficulous it will backfire. They overplayed their hand.
