To: Alas Babylon!

I’ve only tasted East Texas squirrel. And then it was cooked in a thick gravy, Smothered Squirrel.

It was okay, but prepared that way it was hard to discern the true taste of the meat.

The pellets they were left in the meat were HARD too.

These relatives also gardened and the fried Okra was the best I ever tasted! I can take or leave the squirrel, the venison was much better!

I got squirell shrimp for dinner, taste good but they live in salt water.
