How do you know he’s lying? It looks to me like he’s telling the truth.
I know it’s not uncommon for some men to have a childishly low opinion of women, but you’re mistaken if you think every man is like that. And yet Dan says he will still vote for Trump, because there are more important things at stake. I see no reason to doubt him. I don’t think everyone has to be dragged down to the lowest standards. Voting for the best candidate, all things considered, is the best we can do. We shouldn’t have to wallow in the gutter, celebrate character flaws, and sacrifice the best of who we are. Anyone who puts a candidate ahead of their own values, never really had any values to begin with.
I’ll vote for Trump, but with both eyes open. You’re welcome to think that makes me a liar and a coward, but you’d be wrong.
