As a Floridian, born in Miami 1935, I’ve been through many. Born just after the Labor Day one, that knocked out the Keys. Worked 42 years, Bell System, outdoor, S.Fla...
Today, working through many sites, have yet to find any weather stations reporting sustained Cat 2 or better speed. Have you?
I’m now in Seminole Co. and having one small rain squall, no wind.
Not saying it can’t be bigger but seems to me, it will be borderline 2. I’ll be happy if that is so.
I wish you well and and have quite night, especially if you are in the Southeast.
